Welcome to Gotay’s Gallery of Jewelry Design. I’ve been in the jewelry design and manufacturing business for 50 years. I began my career in New York City under the apprenticeship of talented craftsmen from Europe, South America, and the United States. Fate and a beautiful Southern Belle brought me to Jonesboro AR where I opened my business 20 years ago. One unique aspect of my business is that all the jewelry is designed and fabricated by me.
I am a member and past president of the Arkansas Jewelers Association and a member of the American Gem Society. One of the things I most enjoy about my work is the one-on-one interactions with customers as I learn about their passions, interests, and desires for a particular jewelry design. The outcome is uniquely individual and rewarding to me and the customer. Examples of my work are displayed here. My shop offers on-site personal custom designing, as well as a diverse repertoire of fabrication techniques that include hand engraving, enameling, casting, wax carving, diamond/stone setting, and forging.
I offer a range of services including one-of-a-kind designs, repairs, and gemological evaluations and appraisals. I help restore your favorite pieces to their former glory, ensuring that they continue to shine for years to come.
